Faith, Hope, and Charity

Good Afternoon or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Today we are enjoying Standard Time; no longer Daylight Savings Time; which has given back an 'extra hour'. Always appreciate the changing of the clocks; and our day has been a slow moving one, which has been good!

Watched this morning the Vision Channel (108) and I still and will always suggest that it is best to either listen to, watch, or attend the teachings of 'Hour of Power' (Schullers), 'Enjoying Everyday Life' (Joyce Meyer), and 'Living Truth' (Charles Price). I appreciate their messages that offer such an encouraging tidbit of tidbitz.

'Hour of Power' with Dr. Robert Schuller! He states, "Tough times never last, but tough people do!" I like that positive outlook! Dr. Robert Schuller is right, when he says it is not about his church or him; it IS about Jesus Christ, who IS the Head of the Church, as He IS the Greatest Minister of all! Still, Dr. Robert Schuller performs a wonderful service and I am most grateful for his uplifting and powerful messages. Also, his guest, Dr. Walt Kallestad was sharing about Faith, Hope, and LOVE; LOVE being the greatest (1 Corinthians 13 v 13). In closing he also said, 'If God is for us, who can be against us?'

'Enjoying Everyday Life' with Joyce Meyer! Basically, Joyce is sharing about having a GOOD ATTITUDE! Also, she is saying that one "can not be in Faith and have a bad attitude at the same time". That makes a good tidbit of sense to me! And I would much rather be singing the happy song, 'Oh What a Beautiful Morning', rather than 'I Did It My Way' attitude. No matter what your circumstances are, always maintain a GOOD ATTITUDE, and do not think of yourself. Rather, have a 'Warrior Attitude', and have a GIVING ATTITUDE, to be a Blessing to others. Jesus Christ came to Serve and to Give. I liked Joyce's story today, about keeping attitude in 'perspective'. Joyce also shared 'Don't let Attitude lose altitude'. I think that is true as well! Please feel free, to check out or rather, 'check in' to her (online, T.V. radio) and hear her insights for yourselves.

'Living Truth' with Charles Price! Once again, to do Charles proper justice in his messages, I recommend you tune in to his teachings also. Plus, to his wonderful project in helping Mozambiqe and Malaw (Teresa is awesome!) in South Africa. Charles was also sharing, that it is in our weakness (whatever that may be), that His Power is made Perfect, because then we can RELY and DEPEND upon Him. It is best too, if we admit our weaknesses to Him, by being completely honest with Him; then His Goodness can 'flow' through us to reach others.

You can refer to my various posts; one being 'Giving, rather than taking' (Oct 28th), and that will give you an enlightening bittid of bittidz re: the messages from these amazing International Bible Teachers. Also, for other tidbits and bittids, perhaps my posts of Oct 15th and 16th.

We were also 'out and about' for a bittid today; and thankful to be home again. Alan had made homemade soup yesterday; and we are going to enjoy the delicious tid leftovers tonight! Also, Alan gave our unwell neighbour (the one who went to the hospital about 10 to 14 days ago) a bit of the soup; and apparently that put a big smile on her face!

Hope you had or are having a nice R & R Sunday!

God Bless.
