An attitude of 'Thanksgiving!'

Good Morning, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

It is pouring rain this morning; and it would have been so tempting to have 'slept in'. However, our tid pup pal, 'Blue' is our alarm clock; so out we went! Apart from the dismally dreary weather, I enjoyed our walk; it was refreshing, and if I was not awake before, I am now! Plus am savouring my coffee! Methinks Blue is not quite yet used to our time change; with the clocks being turned back an hour.

We had a full day yesterday; however a great one! Various business meetings at our home re: our tidbitz projects; and the 8 to 10 hours flew by in such a bittidz! Am so thankful that our freezer was full of wonderfully tasting mini tidbit quiches as well as delicious bittid spanakopita (spinach and feta phyllo triangular pastries), from Costco. Costco is excellent for that sort of thing; a 'life saver' if you will! Everybody loved the hors' d'oeuvres. 'Keeping things simple' works for me! Plus a nicely lit fire created a warmly welcome ambience.

Tidbit - Appreciate the 'little' tidbit things that give you a bittid of comfort and genuine delight! 'Found' an old china bowl yesterday ('forgotten' in a cupboard); and it looks fantastic on our dining room table a) because of its vivid beauty and b) our mini pumpkins look perfect in this dish. We have already celebrated our Thanksgiving in Canada; however, I feel that each and every day is a Thanksgiving! 'Praise Him In ALL Things'. And with the American Thanksgiving in a few weeks, we are really into the theme of Thanksgiving!

Bittid - Rememberance Day is on Nov 11th; and this particular year means more to me, than past years. Why? I do not know. Possibly, because of the turbulent times. I am appreciative about discovering the bowl; perhaps you have something that you have forgotten about that may give you a lift? More to the point, this is a time also, to remember and be grateful for all those who gave of their lives for the Freedom we enjoy today.

The month of November holds an extra 'specialness' in my heart. ie My daughter's 30th birthday was on the 3rd; my Mum's on the 12th, and Alan's Mum on the 30th. It is a month of many Blessings; moments of Thanksgiving, as well as Rememberance Day.

We are happy too, that we are home for the month of December! ie. The joyful celebration of Jesus' Birth, appreciating a 'Thanksgiving' each and every day; and, enjoying the Christmas Season with friends and family.

Have to attend to some bittids; however, may be back later with some tidbits.

Love the above photo image; very much like our morning scene!

God Bless.
