Enjoying your home

Good Evening! This is a quick bittid!

The day has been a wonderfully restful day! Methinks with 'all the stuff' going on, things just 'catch up with you'. Hence per my post of yesterday; whereby I dusted and relocated all the 'Ladies'. They are still 'smiling'.

'Well' (there is that 'deep' word again; if you wish you can refer to my post of June 13/07 re: 'well'), I was 'on a roll' today; thus cleaned out the shelves underneath the display cabinets; and it is amazing how that uplifts your energy and spirits a bit! Plus you know where various tidbit items are; that you have not utilized for a tid while; and you are appreciative all the more of your home!

Wrote a few tid posts; starting with August 7/07 re: 'Hot' Cooks and 'Cold' Cooks; and, if your bit taste buds are tempted, please feel free to read that post etc; as I was a 'Cold' Cook this afternoon! Baked 4 dozen peanut butter cookies, with batter still left over! The above photo image is what our large old red apple cookie jar looks like - 'old fashioned' comes to mind! Mmmmmm, apart from the cookies being delicious; ie from a mouthwatering recipe, our whole house smells of peanut butter!

We just finished 'Alan's Pizza', which hit the spot, while we were watching the hockey game!

Tidbit - If you wish your home to smell of 'home baking' for unexpected company, a good plan is to keep a bittidz batch of cookie batter in your fridge; and 'throw' it in the oven and voila! Plus, you have a nice tidbitz to offer guests / family, if need be! No fuss no muss! Keeping things simple works best!

Bittid - If your mate cooks up a meal, let him or her know that you appreciate their creative cooking! Fortunately, Alan enjoys cooking; however, a genuine compliment goes a long way!

There are a couple of good movies on tonight; so am going to call it a night. Tomorrow morning, I look forward to watching the Vision Channel, as mentioned in today's earlier post.

Until tomorrow.

Good Night and God Bless.
