A snowy Saturday

Good Evening, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

We are experiencing a ravishing snow BLIZZARD at the moment! The large and thick snowflakes are rapidly covering the ground and sticking like glue! Winter wonderland everywhere; our skylights look like beautiful lace tablecloths! We have received approx 6 to 8 inches of relentless snow within the last 6 to 8 hours; and it is still snowing a ton!

We had to go out earlier; however, we are relieved now to be home for the evening; and watch a movie or two, on our 'new' replacement T.V. It makes such a difference when one has a clearer picture, better sound; and when one can even read all the credits in tiny print! On the 'older' T.V. things were a bittid blurry to the eyes. You can refer to my tidbit post of December 8th, 'Happy New Year'.

We spent a relaxed and fun evening with our neighbours / friends last night (You can refer to yesterday's bit post, if you wish); and the humourous tid 'tales' and time just flew! They brought over some wine; and we all appreciated a warm friendly fire, along with lighted up Christmas decorations! Moving Santa and all! We also shared, that we would be enjoying more homemade 'soups'; as well as creating more economic dishes.

Tidbit - Appreciate genuineness and generosity of spirit!

Bittid - There are times, when 'Less is Best'. If you are experiencing challenges, simply appreciate your Blessings all the more! "Praise Him In All Things". You will feel that much better; particularly, when you let Him carry all your burdens.

Our Christmas decorations look extra 'special' tonight, and our home is like a cosy den, in the midst of all this heavy falling of snow! I will attempt to download some digital photos tomorrow (hope they turn out, as I am a tid of a novice! LOL!) and you can see the 'Santa from Costco', as well as evening 'snow scenes' taken a bit earlier tonight.

The above picture is of Blue, our Blue Heeler, that I wrote about in the post of December 27th. Eventhough, Blue LOVES to play in the snow; he is just as happy to have some R & R. Am enjoying a glass of Chilean Red wine from last night. Skal!

Hockey news! Just finished seeing the tidbitz of the third period, then the overtime, and ultimately, the 'shootout' in the 'nail biting' IIHF Medal game between the Team Canada Juniors and the Team Russia Juniors. Both teams played incredibly well! Canada and Sweden play each other on Monday for the Gold Medal!!!

Am looking forward to watching the Vision Channel tomorrow am. If you wish, you can refer to my December 28th post -'Post Christmas Reflections - Peace' for a bittidz background.

Til then, Good Night and God Bless.
