Be Thankful for each day!

Hi again!

Watched and listened to Joyce Meyer's enlightening message on 'Enjoying Everyday Life'. How many of you carry around a 'yoke around your neck' or a 'heavy sack with chains as a burden?' ie 'Guilt, Shame, and Condemnation'. Joyce utilized the 'sack' as a visual; and personally, it was extremely effective. Gave me a bit of a 'revelation' or an ephifany! When you 'let go' of the yoke or sack, He REMOVES it! Also, I related to Joyce's touching tale (with a 'down to earth' lesson) about her dog; very true tid!

Apart from myself (at various times), I was thinking about those that constantly let the sack and chains hold them down from enjoying their lives to the fullest. Joyce shares that "Our debts are paid in full; washed by Christ's Blood". He died for us; and has forgiven our sins, for once and for ALL. Joyce also illuminates: 'Give your whole self, as a 'living' sacrifice (to Him), and Let the Holy Spirit flow through you, Enjoy the life He Gives you.' If you refer to Hebrews 10:12, Hebrews 10:14, John 6:28-29, and Romans 12:1, this will give you a better understanding of what Joyce is sharing with us. I just read those passages from the Bible; and WOW!

I love the above photos of our fireplace! (ie of Christmas/08, and minus decorations, taken earlier in 2008). Looking forward to enjoying a cosy fire, and spending some time this afternoon, 'soaking up' the teachings of the Bible, as it IS the TRUTH; so relevant to our daily lives.

Once again, I recommend you check out Joyce Meyer's website and her helpful resources, she offers (www.joycemeyer.org). For those of you who are feeling a bittidz downtrodden, guilty, etc; and are in need of tidbitz encouragement and clarity, tune in to her!

Yesterday our friend happily said, she was coming over for a 'C (Champagne) visit'; not a 'T (tea) visit!' LOL! We have a small yet beautiful silver 'champagne' bucket, along with a lovely embossed silver tray, and exquisite serving dish. I thought 'polish them up'; as well as deploying two white linen serviettes (2 napkins, being a gift, given to me, approx 30 years ago, from another dear friend, who lives in Australia). Our friend appreciated the 'TLC' (tender loving care) touch and felt 'special'; plus, 'why have items that sit unpolished, unused and rooted to cabinet shelves?'

Tidbit - Genuinely uplift others! When you 'Give', amazing how your spirits soar!

Bittid - Appreciate all your Blessings; and 'Praise Him In ALL Things.'

A bittid later, will share a few tidbit thoughts re: 'Living Truth' (www.living truth.ca). Once again, best to check out Charles Price's teachings; as he also, provides a lot of depth and insight.

Also, as a tidbitz, 'Thank you, Alan' for making us a delicious 'brunch' of crisp bacon, eggs, and toast! More food for grateful thought!

In bittidz closing, may you appreciatively treat and live each day of the week, as if it were a 'Sunday'; and also to simply enjoy (with Him) one day at a time!

God Bless.
