Give thanks always.

Night time tidbit! We should be grateful for what we have....no more, no less. And, always give "thanks". Even when things are not "peachy keen", give thanks for what you have; not what you wish you had. (major life tidbit there!) Be thankful for your blessings.

We became "sponsor parents" last week.(see blog, dated Jan 25th) Today, we received in the mail, a photo and Phos' life story / background. He was born on Nov 25/96; puts him at age 10. He is in grade 2. He is from Cambodia; and his part of the world, is rich in phosphates....and interesting, that his name is Phos. As mentioned in my blog of the 25th, I referred to the dancing phosphoresence on the ocean, illuminated by the moon. I can visualize Phos, with dancing brown shiny eyes, free from strife, and contributing his gifts to the world, as an awesome human being. Wow, that just about breaks me up. We hope to be good sponsor parents; so that he may have that dream.

Am going to say good night and say our Prayers of thanks....so much to be thankful for...which is the message here.
