Soaring thoughts!

Good Morning, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

had a sound sleep; one of the best I have enjoyed in a long time! Woke up early and refreshed to 'take on the day!'

We had quite the day yesterday; glad it has passed; and having 'slept on things' was good! Today is the funeral service for 'Joan'; and most of the day will be tied up with her service. A few of are meeting for lunch prior to the service; and there may be a reception afterwards.

Want to express my tid thoughts re; Charles Price's inspiring message last Sunday. Basically, he was saying that 'The Church IS the Body of Christ'. That we are a part of His Body. Also, each and every part of our bodies has a function; some are less used and / or less visible; and yet ALL the body parts WORK TOGETHER! Charles will be continuing tomorrow with his teachings on 'the dynamics of an effective Church'; and we are joyfully looking forward to his insights! Here is Charle's website for those of you, who wish to be 'prepped' for tomorrow and / or who want to know more! www.livingtruth.ca. We really appreciate the T.V. Vision Channel for its programs; and also, we enjoy Charles' sharing how 'it is'.

Apart from digesting a full week and then some, I would have liked to have shared a bit more re: 'Living Truth; however, methinks, the 'best laid plans of mice and men' has worked out for the best, this week. Plus, Charles Price is so excellent!

I just took the 3 pictures of these beautiful china / porcelain 2 birds; I love the 'life like' quality and gentle colours. This pair of birds was given as a wedding gift for my first marriage; and I have always LOVED this wonderfully crafted 'work of art'. The day is overcast; so the light is not the best; so I will attempt to take the same photo, at another time and when I have more time. (I love our teddy bears too!) Also, am a beginner with our digital camera; however, as the bittidz expression goes: 'Practice makes perfect!' If you refer to my last 2 posts, you will see the birds on the top shelf.

Most likely we, as classmates, as well as others, will experience tidbitz 'epifanies' from today's Memorial / Funeral Service for Joan. The comforting thought is, that Joan is at Peace. Am thankful I had the honour of knowing her! May you rest in Peace, Joan.

God Bless.
