A positive attitude and a calm and confident outlook

Good Morning, or whatever the best greeting is to you, in your part of the world!

This morning is absolutely gorgeous! The large leafy tree outside our bedroom window, is now a rich 'golden' colour; and you should see how radiant the sun's glow shines upon this 'special' tree! There is not another tree like it; and unfortunately, I do not know the type of tree it is; save that it is old, very big and unique. Also, many other leaves of the trees in our compound, are changing from their spring / summer greenery to the striking autumn coulours of yellow, red, and orange. Fall is such a beautiful time of the year; and when we are Blessed with a glorious morning like this, your spirits soar and you feel 'extra' thankful! Plus, Alan brought me my cup of elixir; and the savoury coffee tastes 'extra' good this morning.

Last night quite late, we had a bit of an emergency. A few telephone calls, as well as the police were involved. It seems that our custodian's master set of keys were stolen; no joke! And to boot, the 2 'culprits' are denying their part; and even told the policeman 'where to go', when he was questionning them. We are hopeful that this matter will be resolved asap; and that the keys are returned forthwith. It is a tid disconcerting when that type of bizarre thing happens. You feel as if your privacy has been totally 'invaded'; particularly since the keys were taken right off the table - quite literally. We had not planned to 'go up country' this week; but we may need to, to get to the bottom of this, if the keys are not 'mysteriously' returned etc. Of course, it 'never rains, but it pours', as the expression goes.

Tidbit - Take everything in stride; even when dealing with the 'unexpected' and the 'not so nice' surprises. Always, 'be ready' and have a positive attitude, along with a calm and confident outlook.

Bittid - 'Praise Him in ALL Things'. Appreciate and enjoy the little things in life; and keep things simple. I love the above photo image, which is very similar to the wonderful tree outside our window!

We are Prayful too, that the financial crisis / melt down in the United States, will be addressed sooner rather than later. The whole country is at stake, it would so appear; and this is gravely affecting the entire world. And, the various Americans in power to veto, need to 'leave their egos at the door', and 'step up to the plate', and do what genuinely is best for the future of the Nation and not for themselves. Both the Democrats and Republicans have to put aside their partisan politics, and resolve the issues fairly and equitably. They both need to penalize the rogue incompetence, avarice, greedy CEOs' and their minions, who started this roller coaster ride in the first place!

God Bless.
