Glad it is Friday & Here is to 'Happy Memories!'

Good Afternoon, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Today is rather cloudy, bleak, and overcast; with rain beckoning on the horizon. We are going to go to Pasley tomorrow am; regardless of the poor weather forecast. As mentioned yesterday, we have a fair bittidz of 'stuff' to attend to before we can leave comfortably for a tidbitz few days.

We have much to be thankful for; and a lovely friend of mine wrote a comment in my post of yesterday. I responded to her questions; and it brought back many a happy memory for me! ie wonderful moments spent at Pasley. Hopefully, the photos (since July 28/08 to recent) helps show how breathtaking and special a spot it is to our hearts. My friend lives in beautiful Alaska; however, she was intrigued by our little 'mini' Alaska; or that is how I described our beloved 'little isle' of Pasley! If you wish to read a bit about Pasley, just please refer to the tid comment section from yesterday. Plus, she writes a most refreshing blog, for those interested in expanding their knowledge!

I have been going to Pasley since a small child; my own children were given the same opportunity as I had, to enjoy idealic and carefree summers there. Things have not really changed all that much; save for the new Panabode, new deck with bench seats, and wood shed. Pasley is very rustic; that is the exquisite charm of the place. When I was little, I loved to go fishing with my Dad and we waterskiied, the works! It is amazing that these years have gone by so quickly!

Tidbit - Cherish good memories; and happier moments; particularly if they feel as if they were just like 'yesterday!' It is like a close friend; someone you may have not seen for awhile, or even lost touch with; and yet when you meet or talk again, it is as if, you had never been apart.

Bittid - These are tough times for us all (or for most people); however, keep your mind and spirits focused on living one day at a time. Try not to 'fret' about tomorrow; although it is easier said than done at various times!

Further tidbits / bittids - If you genuinely place your FAITH in Him, He DOES Provide your needs. We have some challenges (who doesn't?); and eventhough we do not know the 'when', the 'where', or the 'how' etc, we know He will come through in the end. He may not always give you exactly what you Asked / Prayed for; and / or as asap as you would like; but He DOES step in, Blessing you with an even better plan than you could ever imagine.

Further bittids / tidbits - Also important to 'Praise Him in ALL Things'; and to Thank Him for what Blessings you already have; even when experiencing rough moments. Also, to appreciatively Thank Him in 'good times;' as well as in your times of need. You can have a direct daily communication with Him; thus both your spirits and your burdens are steadfastedly uplifted and carried by Him; which in turn gives you a confident calm and a joyful peace within.

Here is wishing you all a nice weekend; and we are glad it is Friday! May write a bit later today or a tid tomorrow, before we are away for an extended 'long weekend'.

Love the photo image! Cheers to enjoying 'Happy Memories'.

God Bless.
