Sunday - ' Day of Rest '

Good Afternoon, or whatever is the appropriate greeting in your part of the world.

Here, it is Sunday; and am thankful for it! A 'Day of Rest'! Am sure, there are those of you, who can relate!

Tidbit - 'Be confident in this one thing, that God who began a good work in you, will complete it'. This is from Philippians 1:6. Dr. Schuler (Sr) gave that as his main thrust today in his sermon. He also added ' Tough times never last, but tough people do!' I like that one; and it is about the CONFIDENCE WITHIN. And, where does that come from!

Bittid - When people discourage you; ie by saying what you didn't do this or that etc; you just simply tell them what you HAVE done. Also, when people attack you, turn it around, by talking about Him instead. Basically that was the gist of the powerful message from Joyce Meyers.

Further tidbit / bittid - A message from Charles Price - When people are 'drawn to you': (as in 'good deeds') - it is not you, but what is WITHIN you; a 'LIGHT' shining from 'within!' ie from Him. A light bulb can only 'work' if it is connected! Right?
