Unseen Faith

Good Morning, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Well, today is Good Friday, a day of rejoice. It is a special Holy Day and in today's world, it is deemed to be a holiday. We should never forget that we are celebrating this Easter season of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. By doing so, He has given us by His Grace, a Gift, whereby we are invited upon acceptance into His family.

There is so much more light with the old tree gone. Unbelievable! A whole new perspective and actually much better for all living thigs concerned!

I wrote two posts yesterday and I just re read my evening post; to which I did make a few changes to soften my dismay. Sadly our good friend has had an 'air' and I have been 'gentle' and attempting to bring out the best in her. ie. Appreciating her friendship and her good points; thus giving her the benefit of the doubt. In a tidbitz, I do give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Plus, 'One can not judge a book by its covers.' And who knows what shoes our friend has worn or what really goes on in her life?

Alan and I have sensed / discerned that she is not a content individual; save that we are led to believe that everything is perfectly 'fine' with her. Yet, she has expressed from time to time her dissatisfaction in certain areas of her life; and I have tried to genuinely uplift her. Truthfully, there are bittidz times that after some visits, I am drained to the bittid core. Not complaining here either; just that she does utter a lot of negatives, which I always try to turn around with positive comments or optimistic suggestions. The Biblical verse from Hebrews 11:1 keeps tugging at my tidbit heartstrings. 'Now Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.'

Alan and I are Relying upon Him to Direct our daily path. It is the 'unseen' Faith and thus the Trust in Him, that sustains Alan and I through each and every day. Not easy though at times; however, we keep on trekking, regardless. Our friend has a different view, and is not receptive to 'unseen' Faith etc. We know she would have a happier life if she Relied upon Christ, and not upon her own understanding. Yet, it has to be in her time. However, I will not give up on her.

It is a beautiful morning and we are appreciative of spending a quiet R & R weekend in our garden and at home. We are all the more thankful for our Blessings; particularly at this special time.

I love the empowering message from the above photo image. Here is wishing you all a wonderful Easter.

Peace and God Bless.
