Blessings in Bloom!

Good Evening, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

WOW! I watched the Royal Wedding (via CBC) from 3:00 am til approx 7:30 am this morning! What an extra special and beautiful wedding! Kate's dress was gorgeous; simple and an elegant classic style. The whole ceremony appeared to go off 'without a hitch.' I particularly enjoyed the Church ceremony, along with its Lessons and invaluable insights. Methinks that Prince William will be a good King when it is the appropriate time. The whole country and other nations around the world, hopefully, are all the more appreciative of the Monarchy.

Today when we were out and about, we also went to the Liquor store for some red wine (to welcome friends who may pop in over the weekend); as well as picking up some beer for the hockey game tomorrow night. A couple of our tid items sold in the consignment store; hence we thought we would appreciatively treat the larder to some wine and beer.

At this Liquor store, there was a young woman who was doing a wine promotion / tasting. She and I had a lively conversation. She asked me if I had watched the Royal Wedding; to which I replied 'Yes, for most of the night!'; and that a tid taste of wine would be most welcome at this bittid moment! LOL! Eventhough she caught only a tidbitz glimpse of the Church Service, she loved the spiritual message given (as did I). This young person is about the same age as William and Kate; and it was refreshing to see the wonderful impact it made upon her.

Also ran into our older bakery friend; and she has offered to take Alan and I out to dinner. She is going to confirm the evening. Told her too, that we would do the same for her, when we are more solidly back on our feet. Also, it looks as if we will be moving; but as to where etc, we presently do not know. It depends on a number of bittidz factors; as many 'unknown' options are before us. We are still 'Waiting upon the Lord' to Direct our Path and whatever His Will is, fine. We have the Faith too, in knowing He has both a Purpose (albeit we do not quite understand what it is) and a good Plan for us.

Another tidbit blessing - we were fortunate in immediately locating a great parking spot at the busy shopping centre. Plus the sun came out in full force.

My eyes are now starting to flicker shut; so in a bit, methinks it is time to call it a night. Meanwhile, here is wishing you all a nice weekend.

A tidbit, we have many Blessings to be thankful for! The above picture is of our gorgeous pink Rhododendrum sprouting forth in Spring bloom. To think that we bought that plant some four years ago when it was just a bittid rhodi.

Good Night, Peace. and God Bless.
