Always learning!

Good Afternoon, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Well, we had another 'hurdle' that we had to face yesterday. Thanks to two friends, who helped us meet that crucical deadline.  Both people are having tough times as well; yet they have 'been there' themselves; so they do not scorn nor rebuke us.  As I mentioned in an earlier bittid post: "Those who have, don't;  those who don't, do." This does not apply to everyone; however, in our recent tidbit experiences with  'Human Nature 101', it has been an enlightening observation.

We also were able to get a bit of food for our larder, as we were pretty tidbitz low on fuel. Gas as well. We have something in the city tomorrow that we have been invited to; and that may turn into an opportunity in the future. Right now, we have nothing to lose; so it is best to turn up and go from there.

Yesterday was a day from you know where - everything was happening left, right and centre; all sorts of obstacles; like the heat was literally turned up to the highest volume.  This tidbit expression from our friend, is so true:

The devil brings storms into your life to intimidate you.
You glorify God when you continue to do what you know is right anyway.

He and another Christian friend were the ones who helped us and we are forever grateful for their 'generosity of spirit.'  Thank you!

We still have many bittidz challenges before us; but again, we are Relying upon Him to Direct our daily path. Alan and I live one day at a time. ie. We can not lament about the past; nor can we have angst about the future. That being said, we have to be resilient in our day to day Faith and Trust that He has everything in hand. We are thanking Him in advance; eventhough we do not know what lies before us.

Have to admit, we have been led a bit down the garden path for some time. We were hopeful, this was not the tid case. At the same time, we were also 'given' a Vision by Him and we were excited - still are, if that is His Way. However, that being said,  we were also trusting to have certain circumstances work out. ie. The way things were presenting themselves, looked, indeed, to be an awesome solution, for all those concerned!  We even did our due diligence in finding a most prudent location; whereby Alan and I would have a viable means (at no cost to us).to pursue a wonderful lifelong career, that would also help others!  For the time being however,, it appears that those plans have been 'put on hold' or even scuttled.  Deception, manipulation, control, ego, malice, indignant arrogance, inequities, have all contributed to a major lack of transparency and honour. Sadly, I  have discerned all of this.  'They' know; but alas, it would appear, 'they' have 'twisted and turned things around to suit their purpose and agenda!  Their self motivated M.O.'s and what is best for them. Making us look as if we are the ones who are at fault and hence to dispense with us; as if we are '3rd class' citizens and 'under their thumbs.'  In reflective response, we choose to be UNDER the 'Thumb of the Authority' of Christ!  Therefore, Alan and I will continue the daily 'good fight' in His Service and be ready for what unfolds, as uncertain as things may be. We do know that He is for Certain - everlasting.

Tidbit - Truth. You can fool / manipulate people; but you can not fool nor manipulate Him. 'He IS the Way, the Truth, and the Life.'

This morning, I watched the Vision Channel and listened to Dr. Charles Stanley, of 'In Touch Ministries' and he gives an inpirational message on: 'Starved for Love.'

This Week on TV - In Touch Ministries

It makes a lot of tidbitz sense; and I recommend anyone who has a bittidz of yearning, to tune in to his wonderful ministry.

Bittid - Hear what Dr. Stanley is imparting in his encouraging teaching. It is extremely helpful and healing. I wish I had had that solid opportunity years ago, when I was attempting to raise my children..  May this be of help to them when they raise theirs.

This is a very recent photo of our bittid garden of herbs, that have thrived bountifully from last year. We just need to add a tid of sweet basil and a couple of other produce spices, and that should do it! We are thankful for the Blessings that have flourished forth!

We pray for all those who come into our lives and we appreciate prayers as well.

Peace and God Bless.
