Insights

Good Evening, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Today's post will be a short one, methinks! As you may know (from past posts), I really enjoy watching the Vision Channel on Sunday mornings. ie. 'Hour of Power', 'Enjoying Everyday Life', 'Living Truth'. These T.V. programs are very special, and have helped me in my daily walk in Christ; hence growing in experiences and ephifanies.

Would like to quote from 'Hour of Power' (Dr. Robert Schuller - www.hourofpower.org); some enlightening excerpts from Ken Duncan, a wonderfully reknown world photographer; and then some! Best if you check into his website as well, to do your own due bittidz diligence. He is a frequent guest on 'Hour of Power'; and his tidbitz teachings further encourage my journey in Christ. ie Answer to Prayer.

"You know hat God honors His word. Sometimes I've had conversations with God, saying, "Hello God! What's going on? I have this need and You said You're going to help me with it." And He always comes through. Always. Sometimes He may come through at five minutes to 12, but He always comes through".

"Now I want to encourage you out there, today, it doesn't matter what's going on in your life. Look, you only find out the reality of our faith when you face things, when you get out there and go". (Methinks from 'Gina's Tidbits', that is a for sure; inasmuch, as Alan and I have been / are stepping right into the fray).

"I'd like to end now with a prayer and encourage anybody out there. Life is tough. But you know what? Our Jesus is tougher than any circumstance that's going to come our way. And tough things are fantastic because that's where to find out how real Jesus is! And people see it. They say, "Man, what is it about you?" That's what gets them excited."

Our day has been another 'interesting' one; and we TRUST He has already put a GOOD Plan in place. That being said, we are enjoying today, and are all the more appreciative for our Blessings, He has given us. 'Praise Him In ALL Things'.

My son is popping over tonight; and Alan is creating his pizza, with green and red peppers, extra cheese (which is the best touch!), red onions, seasonings, etc. He has been moving about a bittid; and we are hopeful that Alan's knee operation has been a success; as, he has been resting and elevating his leg, as per doctor's (and mine! LOL!) orders for the last 6 days. We will know more next week when he sees the surgeon, as to his prognosis.

Will keep you posted. All I can say is that we are empowered with positive thoughts and have left it all to Him to 'Step in' and Resolve. Plus, the insights from Ken Duncan are illuminating; inasmuch as he has gone through his share of experiences in times of difficulty / challenging moments. As a tidbit, we have Ken's beautiful book, 'Where Jesus Walked'. that he did for 'Hour of Power'. This wondrous book literally graces our coffee table in our living room!

Love the above photo image of the Queen Elizabeth Pink Rose; we have two of them; and we are looking forward to the Spring, when they return in full bloom!

Good Night, Peace and God Bless.
