Being Blessed with gracious neighbours and recipes!

Good Morning, or whatever is the best greeting to you, in your part of the world!

Since yesterday's post, Alan and I received a bottle of red wine from another one of our dear neighbours. We had given her some of Alan's turkey soup; and it was a treat last night, to enjoy a spontaneous glass of vino with our shepherd's pie (from Costco). We are Blessed by our gracious neighbours.

Tidbit - 'Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you.'

Bittid - 'Love thy neighbour, as thyself.'

Here is the wonderful easy to make 'cheesy' recipe from our next door neighbour! As mentioned, these delicious tid tidbits can be served with anything! Great too, for festive occasions!

CHEESIES:

1 cup butter
1 package Imperial cheese
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1/4 tsp Worchester
1 1/2 cups flour

Sprinkle with Cayenne Powder to taste (be careful)
Mix all together
Fold in 4 cups of Rice Krispies
Roll in balls & prick with fork
350 degrees for 18 minutes
Either do trays separately or exchange at 1/2 time

Hmmm, methinks, this would go well with a glass of vino, sherry, dubonnet etc. At any rate. ENJOY!

We are waiting for responses; and hopefully, we should know more today and / or tomorrow. Will share a bit of bittids re: Hour of Power etc in another post. Basically, we have surrendered to God's Will; and we have thrown everything to Him, as we have done our earthly best. It is up to Him to Provide the rest; and it is truly, a matter of 'waiting' faithfully upon the Lord.

The above picture is of my favourite coffee mug! Not only am I appreciating my 'elixir of coffee' from this cup of 'good cheer', I am drinking in its wonderful message / Blessing!

Until later.

Peace and God Bless.
